TRAJECTORY LOCKED · ORBIT: PRODUCTION

We build software the way engineers build bridges — load-tested, documented, meant to last.

Custom software development, system integrations and legacy migrations for fintech and B2B companies — built in Poland since 2014.

Wizards.Technology is a family-run software house.
We design, build and maintain custom systems for companies that need software to actually work — not just demo well.

No agency theatrics. No outsourced black boxes. One point of contact, from kickoff to production.

The build pipeline

Every engagement runs through the same four-stage system. Nothing skipped, nothing outsourced blind.

NODE 01 → DISCOVERY

Discovery

We map the problem before touching a keyboard: stakeholders, constraints, data flows, existing systems. Output is a written scope, not a vibe.

INPUT: problemOUTPUT: spec
NODE 02 → BUILD

Build

Architecture decisions are documented and versioned. You see working increments on a fixed cadence — not a black box that opens in month four.

INPUT: specOUTPUT: increment
NODE 03 → SHIP

Ship

Deployment, monitoring and rollback paths are built in from day one, not bolted on the night before launch. Staged releases, real testing.

INPUT: incrementOUTPUT: release
NODE 04 → MAINTAIN

Maintain

Software that ships is software that needs upkeep. We stay on as the team that already knows your codebase — patches, scaling, iteration.

Wizards.Technology started in 2014 as the software-focused branch of a family business. That structure hasn't changed: it's still a small, deliberately-sized team, not a reseller of subcontracted hours.

The name plays on the same idea across the whole Wizards family of brands — "Where Technology Meets Magic!" — but here the "magic" is a specific, testable outcome: a system that used to be a spreadsheet, a manual process, or three disconnected tools, now working as one piece of software that does the job correctly, every time.

We keep client relationships direct. If you work with us, you talk to the person who understands your codebase — not a rotating account manager.

Case files

Selected engagements. Full case studies with metrics and screenshots are compiled per request during scoping calls.

CASE // 001

Loan management platform — Centrum 9

Problem: Centrum 9 brokers cash loans across multiple lenders and needed a way to manage that process — client data, offers from different banks, and paperwork — without juggling disconnected spreadsheets and manual bank integrations.

What we built: a loan management system with a central client/loan database, integrations to bank and lender systems, and automated document generation for the brokering workflow.

Result: Centrum 9 runs its day-to-day loan brokering on one system instead of manual, fragmented processes across separate tools.

Type: fintech / loan brokering Client: Centrum 9 Stack: database, broker integrations, docs automation
CASE // 002

Loan eligibility & offer engine — Apja

Problem: Apja needed to compare loan offers from several brokers/lenders for each client and keep track of repayment reminders, rather than checking each partner's terms one by one.

What we built: a loan management platform that queries multiple brokers, matches clients to eligible offers, and sends automated payment reminders.

Result: Apja's team can evaluate and present loan offers from multiple partners through a single workflow, with reminders handled automatically instead of manually.

Type: fintech / loan brokering Client: Apja Stack: multi-broker queries, offer matching, payment reminders
CASE // 003

Corporate website & systems — BPC

Problem: BPC — active across finance, insurance and real estate — needed a corporate web presence and supporting systems that could hold together its different lines of business.

What we built: the corporate website together with the underlying web application and integrations needed to support it.

Result: BPC has one coherent web platform representing its business lines, built and maintained by a team that understands the full stack behind it.

Type: web platform Client: BPC Stack: web app, integrations
CASE // 004

Internal operations platform

Type: internal tooling Year: 2023–24 Stack: web app, API, DB
CASE // 005

Legacy system migration

Type: modernization Year: 2021–22 Stack: data migration, API layer
CASE // 006

04 / FAQ

Log

The questions we get asked before someone signs off on a scope.

We're a small, family-run team — you work with the same people from the first call through long-term maintenance. No handoffs between sales, project managers, and an anonymous dev pool.
Full systems: internal tools, SaaS products, integrations, automation, and platforms with real business logic behind them — not just marketing sites. (Our sister brand, wizards.website, covers standard websites and stores.)
A written scope document: what's being built, what it depends on, what's explicitly out of scope, and a realistic timeline. You approve it before any build work starts.
Yes. Legacy migrations and integration work with existing infrastructure are a regular part of what we do — we don't require a clean-slate rebuild by default.
Maintenance and iteration are part of the standard engagement model, not an upsell. Most clients keep us on a retainer for monitoring, fixes, and new features.
Fixed-scope quote after Discovery for defined projects, or a monthly retainer for ongoing/evolving work. We quote after we understand the problem, not before.

Hello, I'm Darek.

I handle the first call for every new project myself — no sales layer in between. Tell me what you're trying to build and I'll tell you honestly whether it's a good fit.
