1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Michał Wójcik, running a business under the brand Wizards.Space (Wizards.Technology is one of its brands), ul. Władysława Broniewskiego 4/2, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland, NIP (VAT ID) PL9372642478, REGON 364259807.
For any matter concerning your personal data, e-mail dariusz@wizards.space or write to the address above.
2. What data we process, why and on what basis
| Situation | Data | Purpose and legal basis | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contact form, e-mail, phone | Name, e-mail address, the content of your message, and your phone number if you call us | Replying to your enquiry and preparing an offer — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) | Up to 12 months after the correspondence ends; if we sign a contract — for its duration and the limitation period for claims |
| Website operation and security (Cloudflare) | IP address, technical request data | Delivering the website, protecting it from attacks and aggregated, anonymous visit statistics without cookies (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) | According to Cloudflare's policy, usually a few days |
Providing data in the form is voluntary, but we cannot reply without an e-mail address. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
3. Who receives the data
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, CDN, security and cookie-free statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- Resend — delivery of messages sent through the contact form to our mailbox.
- Google — web fonts (Google Fonts); your browser downloads them directly, which reveals your IP address to Google.
- Our e-mail hosting provider, and accounting or legal service providers if we start working together.
Some of these providers may process data in the USA. Such transfers are based on the European Commission's decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase and port it, and to restrict its processing. You may also object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).
5. Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or tracking tools. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregated statistics without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
6. Changes
If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
